Great service. I was having a hard time with the x-rays and the tech, Vivian was so sweet and patient. She took the time to do them which helped me overcome the anxiety. The other tech who did my cleaning, Tricia, was so sweet and knowledgeable. She took the time to teach me about proper dental hygiene and did a great job of cleaning. I originally was disappointed I had to drive further to see a dentist that was so close to my home last year. On my first visit, I was impressed by how nicer it is compared to their other location. The new location completely changed my mind and at the end I didn't care about the longer 10 min drive. After the first visit and my experience with Vivian, I absolutely love the place. I have decided that Dr. Truong will remain my Dentist because of the amazing job Vivian and the rest of the staff did.

Staff are down-to-earth and seem genuinely friendly. Cathy was extremely helpful adjusting schedules so that I could make a follow-up appointment to split procedures later that same afternoon as well as the next day despite their busy schedule, so as to accommodate my crazy situation. The Dentist and staff that worked on me were very helpful, and I was amazed at their speed and coordination working together as a team. They also did a better job of numbing my mouth compared to other places--I don't like needles, especially in my mouth; but they made the procedure less painful (nearly completely painless) than other dentists I've visited.

Dr. Truong has been our family friend and dentist for almost 10 years! He and his staff go above and beyond to assure that you get excellent care on every visit. They really add a personal touch. Even when my son fell on our stairs, and knocked his front baby teeth out, Dr. Truong was there to advise and see him on short notice. It made us feel SO reassured. Great experience! It had been forever since I went to have my teeth checked. I was quite nervous/anxious about the visit because of that and because I had begun to have some tooth pain. I found and chose this office since it is close to home and had good Yelp reviews. The office front house staff was very friendly and communicated well. I was checked in and had forms filled out to be seen within 10-15 minutes of my first visit. Of course, I got some bad news about my teeth and that I needed a root canal. They explained my x-rays thoroughly and were also very informative about the procedure that I would need. They won my trust with how helpful and trustworthy they were so I decided not to get a second opinion and go ahead and schedule the procedure. I came back a week later and they took great care of me once again. I look forward to bringing my entire family here because of their wonderful service. Thanks for the recommendation Yelp!
