A dental implant is a prosthetic that replaces a missing natural tooth to restore your smile and bite function. They consist of a titanium post, an abutment, and a single prosthetic tooth or a configuration of multiple teeth to fully rejuvenate your smile. Our Dental Implant Process

Whether your missing tooth is due to a trauma resulting in an avulsed (knocked out) tooth or you simply need an extraction because the natural tooth is damaged or infected, you can rely on us to renew your smile.

We begin with a thorough dental exam, complete with 3D imaging, to ensure we have a full understanding of your situation. Our team will carefully review your oral health based on the scans of your teeth, jaws, and gums. If necessary, we will discuss a bone graft or a sinus lift to fortify your jawbone so it will be strong enough to support a dental implant.

The implant placement procedure consists of anchoring the titanium post in your jaw to serve as the artificial tooth root. It will take some time for the post to fuse with your jawbone in a process called osseointegration. Once the post is firmly set, your custom prosthetic will be placed, and your smile will be fully restored. Dental implants are increasingly popular because they are the only dental restoration option that replaces both the root and the crown of your missing tooth.
